What we collect

• Trip-planning form submissions — name, email, country of residence, rough dates, route or destinations of interest, party size, and any free-text question you send us.
• Site analytics — anonymised page-view data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. No personally identifying information attached to behaviour data.
• Cookies — only what's needed by GA4, Clarity, and Microsoft UET for ad measurement, plus any cookies your browser stores when you sign up to the newsletter.

How we use it

Trip-planning submissions are used only to write back to you with advice, send the materials you asked for (planning pack, custom route plan), and follow up if you've asked us to. If our advice includes a recommendation for a specific rental operator, we may pass relevant fields (your dates, party size, route) to that operator if you choose to take the recommendation — never without your prior agreement.

We do not sell your information, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it for retargeted ads outside what's needed by our analytics and ad pixels.

How long we keep it

Trip-planning submissions are retained for 18 months and then archived or deleted. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to delete the information you submitted, send you a copy of what we hold, or opt out of any future contact. Email [email protected].

• Microsoft UET — ad measurement (only fires if you arrived from a Bing/Microsoft search ad)
• Formspree — form-submission processing
